In normal context, yes, that would be true.
But here we're debating if he's HQ (High Quality) or not, and I apologize, but you need proper grammar to be considered HQ, that's just logic.

1. That's not a valid excuse. It's your job to know that. It's scamming.
2. Again, not an excuse, your job to do that. It's plagiarism.
3. With your inability to check if something is public, forgetting to give apparent credit, and that horrid last sentence, you're slitting your own points throat.
