Me being an (ex-)pedophile can't really understand where he got the statistics he used in the beginning of the video. I am everything but what he explained. I am 2 metres tall, which is a little above average, I am left handed and I have an average grade of 4-5. I can't remember the exact numbers, but my IQ was about average leaning towards above.

As I have mentioned many times before on this site, I am currently awaiting trial for distribution of illegal pornography involving children, and I do feel like people are very objective about this and aren't trying to understand my situation. Everyone at the police station were treating me like shit before they even had evidence of what I had been doing. As I've been trying to tell you since I joined this forum, pedophiles can not choose who they're attracted to, and just like a homosexual are born like that. People really need to start understanding this. I'm not saying what I did wasn't wrong, and I strongly regret it, but rather than locking pedophiles away or giving way to big fines in the hope that they understand its wrong, try to understand them, talk to them and lock away the people that actually act on their urges, and go out there to hurt little children.

For the sake of remaining unbiased and objective, I have nothing against pedophilia. I don't condemn homosexuals or anyone else with an unorthodox attraction. Pedophilia as itself is harmless. The only time a problem arises is when that pedophilia produces a child molester.

I think they should be given the opportunity to get help. Instead of just locking them away they should be helped. I mean if they get locked up and then are released.. nothings changed with them they haven't received any support to overcome to attraction to children and help control the feelings they get. So they will most likely do it again.

I think but for serious offenders such as pedophiles that have been caught having sex with children they should be punished the way they are today but like say if someone had pornography with children in, yes it's wrong but I think they should get some kind of help to try solve the problem and make sure they never re-offend again.

First you're saying you can't change, because its how you're born, then you're saying you want to change, then you say you have changed.



Regardless of what you mean, my belief is that they need to be kept away from society and children until they are successfully rehabilitated. Meaning the child molesting ones, not the harmless ones.
