Its not bad, It functions like it is supposed to, and the lay out is not too shabby either. You have to remember its only a Beta, there is always going to be improvements and changes made

But no updates will be made if no one gives reviews.

I have edited the GUI a bit, by adding some group boxes and separators.

The IP tracer works perfectly fine. As Cyber-Savage said the person was possibly on a VPN and/or a proxy. One way to check that this is right, and you just didn't get false results would be to test it on a site. For instance:

Or at the time he was using AT, the target was on a VPN, but when he was using the websites, the target wasn't.
