IMO, the second one looks more better than the 1st. How come there's no UB base?

I've seen more and more UB's without a BG these days. I think they do that because they want to be able to use it at any forum they have a group called that.

I don't know. HF changed it and so they don't need like a specific userbar base so a lot of people like using new ones.
