Okay man, you shouldn't use VMware because it can cause a lot of problems which happened to you, everything else was set correctly so I think that caused the problem.

Once you get your new "Windows" be sure to contact me so I can help you if it still doesn't work.

There are probably paid ones with that feature, but no free ones that I'm aware of. Some VPNs have ports forwarded though, so you could run one that does while using your RAT?

Well yes there are but I wouldn't call them "RATs" but more like a "HTTP Botnet|RAT"

So lookup HTTP botnets these are like RATs but less features to use but they're more stable and these don't require port forwarding.
