That's quite the opinion. I've had it since summer and I really like it. And there's a reason that it has a mouse. If you ever go to a store w/ win8 laptops that don't have a touchscreen you'll know what I mean. And it's not completely touchscreen because this laptop came with win7 and I've navigated completely fine.
