Cel Damage? You mean that game where you drive in vehicles with powerups and such?
I'm pretty sure that was released for both PS2 and GameCube, but as a different name "Cel Damage: Overdrive". Still the game.

Cell Damage wasn't an exclusive. I played it on Gamecube.

I would say Halo, but Bioshock would have to be my honest answer. The original one for those that are going to say that it's not an exclusive.
