Need help! #1
Hey guys, So a few hours ago, when I started up my laptop, I got a message saying one of my cooling fans weren't working properly and that the computer would shut down to prevent damage, So it shut down, but when i started it again, the message was gone.

And the wierdest part about it is that ever since I got that message, my computer has been like, 2x faster. So I need some help/advice on what I should do, and what exactly is happening?

Did you restart it again (incase is just skipped the message once by accident), or did you boot in safe mode?

What kind of laptop do you have?

Also, was your computer overheating at the time of shutdown?

It may have been a system confusion.

You should test your cooling fans for stability.
