I love when this happens. I will be keeping a close eye on this thread, I like arguments.

I do love a good argument, but only with people like yourself. ( People that actually comes with good arguments against me ) I don't however like mindless arguments like this one, were as the other person just says random, illogical things that gives little to no sense to any creature.

ProTech, you gave everyone the right to make an opinion on this when you made it public on a forum where anyone is allowed to post. Why should Oni have to dish out $100 of his own money because you made a deal with another individual?

Imagine you are Oni. You just bought a forum, unaware that a member made a $100 deal with the previous owner. How do you expect Oni to suddenly have an extra $100 when he doesn't even make a profit from this forum? Regardless of whether Paradox is no longer the owner of the forum or not, he is still the individual you made the deal with. Also, without proof of purchase, you shouldn't receive money back. In theory anyone could say they have spent $100 and want a refund even if they hadn't. Proof is required.

I would rather describe him as a person that dislike making errors and when he does he blames it on someone or something else.

Well, not really. He isn't a idiot based on his shown behavior on the matter. He is acting more childish, and a child isn't and idiot because of that.

That's great. At no point did I receive $100 or promise you any form of goods or service. When I bought the forum, I decided to provide compensation because I wanted new members to feel welcome. I didn't do this because I was obligated to, I did it because I thought it was a kind gesture. I don't run my forum for money and that is pretty apparent. However, if you want to take it up with someone, speak with Paradox. You know, the person you actually paid money to.

Making immature demands like this will get you banned and at the same time annoy me.

I don't mean to add to your frustration, but I really don't think Oni is at fault here so it's not fair to him to have to hand over $100 any more than it was to you to spend $100 for basically nothing. Isn't there some way to still get in contact with that Paradox guy? I wish you luck in getting this worked out.
