I know maybe 1 or 2 people will, but this needs to make almost every member motivated for this.

Why don't we make a reward that is called 'HQ' and give it to everyone? You do realize if everyone were to go for it, it would completely warp our idea of HQ after seeing LQ threads when people try and make HQ posts but can't.
