Either keep the background, remove it and have a transparent background.

Not that hard to do so but the only problem is, time. Doing such thing would either require making it look terrible and choppy, or taking a few mins to cut it out. I'll work on this when I have the time to do so.

Couldn't do it, it has a gradient on it, so every color change, you would have to replace. If you have the .psd it could easily be done.

Yeah when I try using the magic wand tool it erases all of it.
