yes they are 100 different location in Runescape in every world they drop in a different location everytime

Yeah they're doing it for each item, so far they've done scythes, pumpkins, and now they're doing h'ween masks.

People normally just camp one of the 100 available spots and wait for them to spawn. Although a lot of people are using bots to get them.

Yeah but the prices are dropping pretty rapidly. They won't even be as expensive as they are in EoC.
