Honestly, the best we can do is stay informed without letting it overwhelm us. It’s cool to be aware and talk about what's happening, but also important to take a step back and not get too wrapped up in the doom and gloom. People have gotten through tough times before, and we can do it again.

I think I'm not worried enough about what's happening in the world rn. And I feel kinda bad about it thinking I'm ok and should not be worried.
