Not superpower-level intelligence, but Kenjiro (detective from Terror in Resonance) comes to mind. Throughout the anime, he has to solve riddles and predict terrorist attacks.
In one episode the airport is used in the form of a chess match, where there is a bomb that needs to be defused. Not a fantasy anime, so it is slightly more believable.
