Long story short, I ordered an iPhone 15 pro on Amazon.es and they made me pay for return with UPS (90 CAD), then when it reached Spain, my local UPS store worker sent me forms from Spanish customs asking for the receiver's DNI (Spanish ID), their address, names, and signature. I need to resolve this by May 15th to be able to keep the phone or else I need to pay another 100 CAD to return it to me and I am not living in that address anymore. Amazon is not helping me with the DNI, not doing the form, and basically telling me to go fuck myself.

What can I do? Can I chargeback under the basis that I did not receive help from Amazon?

You can chargeback on the basis of not getting anything. Did you pay with a CC or a bank card?

Hi Kevins, I paid with an Amex but there’s a bunch of proof already and I filed a chargeback claim yesterday. I do have screenshots and emails saying theyre not willing to help me out and me sending them the forms to fill out with no avail.
