No official release date as of yet, but I believe it will be released sometime in 2024.

What requirements are you lacking? TPM/RAM/CPU?

A lot of the requirements can be bypassed.

Hypothetically it might be good since Microsoft loves to release a terrible OS between functional/semi functional - xp to vista, 7 to 8.
