I often log into sugardaddy sites and scamm them for money over PP and now someone wrote me he wanna do a legal proceeding (germany) can it work?

Are you located in the same country? If you aren't and it's under a couple grand, the odds of any repercussions is very low. The cost of any meaningful resolution would be high.

Not familiar with your country's laws, but for such a small amount it wouldn't even be worth handling under "small claims". Given the strange nature of that guys habits, I'd say it's even less likely.
