AF Radio

I would very much like to start a radio station for AF members. On this station different AF members could DJ or host talk show or whatever. I suggested this to Anar, but he's to busy with the theme. I got into a conversation with Anonymous, who told me to just post here and see what feedback I could get. Would the radio be on-site, or off-site? And would it have any official affiliation with AF?

It would be offsite at http://myradiostream.com unless Anar wants to/can integrate it. As for your other question, it's affiliation will be by name, and only AF members will be allowed to DJ. If Anar promotes it then I'd be grateful , but I don't know if he will.

I'm not sure if it's possible, and usually when I'm listening to my stream, I do so through iTunes. If we can though that would be cool.

It's a neat idea, but making sure there are DJs 24/7 would be a real pain. Catering to everyone's tastes will be hard too. I'd be fine with you starting an unofficial radio and then we could make it official when we are sure there are enough DJs and stuff.

I told you he would like the idea! Lol! As far as the types of music you could play a bit of everything.

I wouldn't mind DJing occasionally either. I've got a lot of good dubstep/metal.

Lol if you noticed in the thread he posted I was telling him that it could help the site activity and might get more members. Glad to see that you like the idea Anar.
