You're asking a question that's dependent on what other hardware you'll be pairing the GPU with, and what games you'll be playing.
But in general, the 750 Ti is not gonna cut it anymore. You could squeeze some life out of it at 1080p in competitive titles like CS:GO and Overwatch, but not much else. You could pull off using one as a display accelerator at 4K for desktop applications, but nothing resource intensive like gaming.

There is no point in buying a 750ti as you can get a 1080ti or even a 2080super for about the same price. at that point though, you should buy a 3060 or higher
Iād probably pick up a 960 instead, but they are both arguably extremely similar. Just make sure to use M.2 drive because hard drive fucking sucks
