Yes I did send 5 over the course of 2 hours, but still.

Can confirm, this bug does exist, it limits you to 5 donations every 15 hours instead of 15 minutes.
I just created a pull request to get this fixed, but seeing that this plugin hasn't been maintained for two years, I doubt that it will get merged.

As for the initial bug with betting stats, from what I can gather sinister is using some payed plugin for that so I can't check verify if the bug exists.

It seems like it'd be a quick fix. I clicked on his profile (I think) and it looks like he's contributing monthly. Hopefully he gets to it. Either way this bug is annoying, I'm trying to donate to people close to upgrades and I've run into it again. It doesn't seem to matter if the amount is the same which I initially thought but I think you more accurately pointed out it's just 15mins is actually 15hours limit per 5 donations

Amusing, as people have used this plugin for years. Pirata's been gone ages so I doubt we'll ever hear back. I've gone ahead and corrected the language file manually.

I don't have enough NSP to replicate the other bug I found but if there is a way to see an extended list of bets I can point out the ones missing and forward you the corresponding NSP bet auto message I received for each. I remember one bet from Mothered for missing and 2 others, I can't recall which 2 though so I'd have to look at a list.
