I would like to place an order anonymously in my PayPal account without being blocked. So I had the idea to use a static IP address (in my residential area) in combination with a VPN. However, I have no idea how to do this.

I have a VPN from Perfect Privacy. I would obtain the static IP address from 911 . re. Now how is it possible for me to use the VPN in conjunction with this static IP address (proxy)?

Will this procedure work for an "anonymous" order through PayPal?
