Anyone experienced with shoplifting? I steal a small items such as sweets and drinks once in a while and I was wondering how much they actually care

Yes, and no, It just depends hat you steal; where you steal, and who you steal from.

If it is the same store then there could be a chance that they catch on to you, I know at my nearest tesco they have security monitoring cameras constantly.
I am but a simple gnome who likes free things, none of this is real. It is all simply fiction.

Honestly I don't think anyone gets paid enough to care on the floor. But I have learned that many stores (bigger ones with departments for theft) actually let you get away with it until you hit a certain amount and then they act so they can hit you with a nice charge.

heres my reccomendation for you. Leave the car running parked by an exit during the late evening hours AFTER asset protection usually leaves, go to a rural store as cities are usually equipped due to higher rates. Get a magnet, a lot of doors with emergency sirens usually have a magnetic trigger attached t the door latch that'll sound the alarm, it might go off but if youre quick enough its likely no one will notice, keep the trunk popped but not open, then throw the shit in the trunk, use the fob hop in and drive off, make sure you map out an escape route first.

Make sure whatever you jack is at least 2-5k in total, if you're getting fucked or risking it, it might as well be worth it. Pick items that pawn shops would buy tools, tvs, jewelry. and make sure you dont sell them locally pack em up, take a nice little vacay on an amtrack or in a vehicle that wasnt used at the crime scene. At least 100 or more miles away then pocket the cash. I recommend investing in a fake ID, so when they write a receipt for the money, and pay you out IF it does come back to the pawn shop they wont have real details, be aware of your surrounding a camera may capture your license plates. Soooo yeah, take into consideration forensics, and enjoy the illicit gains while they last.

Thats how I would theoretically shoplift, but overall. Just don't, you're on a social engineering forum, you'll have better luck bullshitting over a phone.
