This Is a fine example of the Insecurities of stored credentials by any entity. We can do our best from an end user's standpoint, but the question always remains: "How secure Is your data on the other end?" Whether It be your electric company, cell phone carrier or your work's account's department- you have no control over what may eventuate.

As per the thread's title, here's the latest with MyFitnessPal accounts being compromised.

Under Armour announced Thursday about 150 million accounts on its popular health app myfitnesspal were hacked.

And it’s urging users to change their passwords immediately. The affected data includes usernames, email addresses and hashed passwords.

Heard about this too, wasn't this the biggest data breach of 2018, so far? I highly doubt it'll be the last one this year, then again it keeps surprising me that such a big company in charge of so many data is so easily hacked.

This will especially bother people that use the same password for everything.

We've just entered the forth month of the year (essentially only 3 full months have passed), and already there's been so many companies compromised.

I'm not entirely sure If this Is the biggest, but It's certainly a cause for concern.
