I might have found a working method, but I can't be 100% sure because I haven't tested it out myself.

  1. Open notepad as an administrator
  2. Go to your hosts file, located in "c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
  3. Add a new line with "127.0.0.1Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  license.piriform.com"
  4. Save the changes
  5. Register CCleaner with one of the licenses below

I’m also interested in those licensed keys myself but, when I enter the code, it asks for a name that was submitted at the time of purchase. Would you know the names for the codes?

Apparently it doesn't matter what name you enter.

Sorry for the confusion.

The code works but no matter what it still seems to ask for a name that was entered on purchase. Even if I typed out different names it still says: ā€œError, check the your email for the verification codeā€.

That's weird. Did you try restarting your computer after editing your hosts file? Also, what version of the installer are you using?

I restarted still didn't work. I am using version v5.84, I believe that was the latest one.

Try version 5.83.9050. That was the version that was used in the tutorial I watched.

Maybe could you link the tutorial if you still have it? If that's not a hassle for you.

Here's the video. Sorry for the late response. And I missed on crucial step: You need to be disconnected from the internet while installing. That's probably what was causing you trouble.
