I'd say after 5 years of having them extracted, you're well and truly fine.

I haven't personally experienced It but friends who have, said that the pain was extreme at times.

Luckily for me I didn't have to go to a dentist for removal of my wisdom tooth. In fact, I am one of the few who have not visited a dentist as yet. I make sure to keep my tooth healthy and hygienic. Actually, this is because I dread going to a dentist.
