Emoji are preety old and doesnt match the thinking ... and need some cool type of emoji . like animation type .

I haven't seen any sets in particular that catch my eye. It's possible I could outsource them, but I'd need ideas.

When I was running my own board many years ago, the emojis was one of the first things I changed however as @Oni mentioned, It's somewhat difficult to locate those that're eye-catching.

my bb is really old and need good developer to make it like HQ .

I keep learning but on xenforo .

Perhaps bigger and brighter, but I don't feel like those emotes are much different than what we're using. We could also use a standardized set, like Discord does.

Standardised is fine, I'm sure. I think our current ones were just developed before the win8/everything-flat theme came to be the on-trend style. Of course, now our theme is modernised but our emotes suit the legacy theme. That might be another thing to consider if getting new ones: How it looks with both themes?
