Hi there all, I was wondering what is the easiest way to create your own distro of Linux, I have seen a few distros that can be customized to a minor extent, but I think it would be interesting to redo it and make your own, It would really be cool to make one from scratch!!

Yeah, there's a whole project called Linux From Scratch. I prefer things like https://github.com/ivandavidov/minimal to LFS, but any one works.
I recommend that you check out https://github.com/MichielDerhaeg/build-linux
