There will never be a "complete guide" on anonymity, ever. That's because you will never remain 100% anonymous, no matter what tools and methodologies used.
The eBook lacks one of the common forms of exposure- fingerprinting (on a browser, personal and device level). In depth documentation on digital footprints Is also missing. That aside, It does cover some very Important elements.
