I've Jacked some instag and fb accounts, but when i try to login, they ask for phone verification because the connection is taking place from another computer, is there a way around or is it another unbreakable Iron Wall ..!! Dodgy

You're going to have to SE the verification code from the target.
Have a look at my post here and adjust the content accordingly. Your target will receive a (email) message that an attempt has been made to sign In from a different device and/or country, so allow for that In your SE.
