What is a defining point in your life - Wrizz - 08-06-2018
Simply enough, what, through your entire life, can you look back on and tell that because of that specific event your life was steered in a different direction, for better or worse.
I can remember when I was maybe 8 or 9 and I was playing on my dads computer when the screen started glitching out, I went and got my dad and he told me it probably was the graphicscard, he sat me down and let me replace the GPU in it, this seems really simple, but if that wouldn't have happened I likely would have continued playing my game not ever caring about how the computer worked, now I am currently employed at Geek Squad and at a local Internet service provider,.

The defining point in my life was a car and learning how to drive in it. That's pretty much it haha.

I'd say the day I started my computing.
Given It was around 25 years ago, I don't remember specifics during the early stages but can say It's been (and still Is) an Incredible experience.

My ex broke up with me come months ago. After some careful reflection, I realized how seriously flawed I was and since then, I only strive to be the best version of myself. Not for him, but for myself.

My mother died and my girlfriend and I broke up. Since then I've viewed life a little differently, namely not getting too emotional over things. Before that I was quite into monogamous relationships.

I've experienced something very similar.
As such, the little things I used to stress over, are no longer part of the equation.
Family always comes first.

One month until 25 years in front of a screen. "Yeah, ma, sure that 386 will still work when I'm in college... Now leave me to harness the power of my 2x CD-ROM." Might be meshing details from slightly differing time periods, but 25 years is a while...
