I want to know how is it possible to remove steam guard,email,phone without my agreement?

THIS HAPPENED TO ME A FEW YEARS AGO!!! I don't know how. It took 2 weeks to get it back via Steam Support. I think it may have been a rogue employee. If you need help PM me. This shit sucks!
