First thread on Linux!!! - DragonicRek - 07-30-2018

Hello everyone. With the support of the community here, I have finally managed to install linux and a browser to use (Ubuntu XFCE) . I will be using Linux predominatly for the next week and will keep you guys updated on how my exerpeicne is. Currently using Chromium as the browser.
Huge shoutouts to @Ender and @Mothered for helping me on the way.

don't use chromium. Be best to use firefox.

What's wrong with chromium?
I tried
sudo apt-get install FireFox

It worked. I opened FireFox and it crashed

that's a question to ask, "Why did it crash?"
Got info that chromium has bugs.

Every major browser has It's vulnerabilities and Inconsistencies.

If you're using Chromium for general day-to-day navigation and It serves It's purpose well, then so be It.

this issue is on all search engines but, screen tearing but, this was just coming from a trustworthy mate of mine.

Amongst many privacy features, It has a built-In proxy and Is In fact developed from the Chromium source code.

Epic Browser Is only for Windows (exe file) and Mac OS X.

For Linux, run It In Wine.
