First thread on Linux!!! - DragonicRek - 07-30-2018 Hello everyone. With the support of the community here, I have finally managed to install linux and a browser to use (Ubuntu XFCE) . I will be using Linux predominatly for the next week and will keep you guys updated on how my exerpeicne is. Currently using Chromium as the browser. I tried sudo apt-get install FireFox It worked. If you're using Chromium for general day-to-day navigation and It serves It's purpose well, then so be It. You're welcome. In terms of secure/private web browsers, whilst there are quite a few, I recommend Epic Privacy Browser. Amongst many privacy features, It has a built-In proxy and Is In fact developed from the Chromium source code.
