So as the title says... which social media do use often, and is it job related perhaps (personally, 5 months ago me and other employees had to start using telegram app due to lots of paperwork and better communication flow)

In terms of a real account, zero. My anonymity Is paramount.
I do have a fake FB account that's matured over 4 years, with 300+ friends (of whom I befriended randomly) used for SEing and testing purposes, security-wise.

telegram and discord rarely ...i do have all the social accounts but its so time consuming and boring to use ....

I use social media purely because other people do, but I don't post anything identifying on it. I keep my "real" identity on channels that are end-to-end encrypted.

Good move.
Once you've shared your personal Information, you lose control and cannot take It back. Delete all you like, but It doesn't prevent those who've saved your Info, from using It for malicious Intent.

none now. as i have a problem with all the platforms stemming from lifelog and sorts...
even now when i try to make a new account for some reason, i get them banned very quickly. this is google, youtube, gmail, facebook, twitter. so on...

Don't touch it. Don't talk to but three people on a real sociable day; What do I have to talk about that's so important I need to contact 100 people I barely know? I already have the phone numbers of people close to me.

I have a social media but it is disconnected from my activities on forums. You'd have to try really hard to connect them. DIfferent emails, everything. I leave almost no traces from groups I join. Information about me even if my name is searched is minimal. I have a burner facebook account but other legit social media.

There's so many users who complain of cyber bullying, when they only have themselves to blame. The equation Is pretty simple- what you put out, you get back In. Share your personal Information at the entire globe's disposal, and expect to be attacked on a personal level at some point.
