Yes, this series is very graphics.
They show lots of death, including Harakiri.

It gets pretty damned graphic. I don't believe I've seen one this gory, at least with the art style it has. I left off at around episode 5-6.

OH GOD I remember this. >_< This is the one with the woman and the nipple and the demon birth and the intestine pulling. God, I can handle gore but the intestines part was just too much.

The shock factor is definitely something else in this anime. Worth watching for sure.
