This is a very good YouTube playlist which will give you a good grasp on linear algebra. It is highly recommended to have at least taken a pre-calculus course in high school. If not, you can use Khan Academy to catch up on your mathematics.

Fuck, if I could go back to school, I would. Doing any sort of data manipulation or algorithms, you gonna learn this stuff as programmers.

Indeed. Linear Algebra is very helpful with programming, among other things.
