best antivirus on window 10 - Kazuki Araya - 07-11-2018

In generation of Window, which antivirus is suitable for Window 10 64-Bit? i mean that the antivirus not really will affect the OS performance.
Is it Bitdefender or Norton or Avira or Eset or only use the window defender? Because now, im using Bitdefender. It make my pc run slowly and lag.

Windows Defender has significantly Improved over the years, but It's Real-Time protection does tend to miss malicious content quite often.

Personally, I use Avast Internet Security, and It serves me very well Indeed. Norton has also Improved. Long gone are the days of the bloated Norton SystemWorks and when It's firewall & anti spam were separate entities. Norton's "Sonar" protection Is extremely effective In dealing with both false positive detections and viruses.

In summary, I'd opt for either Norton or Avast.

Do not EVER touch Eset or Norton. I personally use Trend & on the side malwarebytes, ccleaner, superantispyware & small things to do the dirty work for me.

Mothered can help ya as well. Very helpful fella.

Don't know much about avast but, trend does online security. For me personally to get the best performance is, having trend disabled on boot up.

Whenever I try to make FUD RATS, Keyloggers, any .net based normie whatever, even Java, Eset Nod 32 and Malwarebytes keep me from hitting that crispy 0/35. Eset hits it every time though. I don't ever use an anti-virus nor am I vouching I'm just stating my observations.

Well then, my best option now is either Avast or Trend for great performance on my OS which is Window 10 64-bits, 4GB RAM & i5 intel processor.
For my now Bitdefender Antivirus, after i disabled it at start up window, the performance still also slow. Even sometimes it cause my pc lag and crash follow by blue screen pop-ups.

You're most welcome.

As with Norton's Pulse/Auto updates that run autonomously, It's the same with Avast. Meaning the latest database definitions are Installed without any action by the end user. Just to give you a visual, here's a couple of screenshots of my Avast Internet Security.
