It has a (19/47) detection rate but I used it and my PC was not infected with anything so, those are false positives?
How to use it?
Download it and extract it.
Delete everything else but the .exe file on the folder.
Open it.
Select the version of your OS.
Click the first button (activate via KOS or something like that, too bored to check what it says exactly)
Reboot your PC
Windows 8 successfully activated.
