From the producer of Your Name is a new show called Fireworks. It seems like it's of a similar nature - hit-you-right-in-the-feels kind of show.

I don't know if its just me or not, but all these animated movies seem the same to me.
Same goes with studio ghibli movies. They're all the same

Perhaps these splice of life/emotional stuff isn't so appealing to you? Have you watched animated movies in a lot of genres or just done the main ones?

No, I've seen it animated movies in all genres.
Just that, for me personally, after watching alot, they all seem the same.
Yeah, I was curious. I generally prefer stand alone movies that are animated rather than movies that spin off from shows. But even then I generally prefer shows. Still, I do like watching some. And Cowboy Bebop is a rare exception. Love all of it.
