I have spent lot of the time looking for a free vpn with port-forwarding and stuff for rats and stuff but i am unable to find any working service.. can anyone suggest me a

Why bother going for a VPN service? The odds of finding anything useful there are minimal. If you want those features then just get a cheap (or free) VPS with Linux on it and use SSH tunneling or set yourself up a PPTP service.
