Disabling cafe timers - The High Roller - 06-22-2013
Now I`m gonna show you how to stop time in Internet Cafe's
All u need :
One CMD (command prompt)
If this is blocked , then there are 2 ways to open that.
1. Click in the right of mouse on desktop >>New shortcut>>Write"COMMAND.COM" without quotes>>next>>Finish
2. Create a new Text Document , than press "CMD" ( without quotes) at that,and save as BAT file, .bat and then you can open the Desktop.
This should give you access to CMD
Now open Comand Promt(CMD-ne) and press: "regedit" without quotes.Now it has to open a REGISTRY.Act as below
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Appevents>software>classes> microsoft>windows>current version>internet settings>policies>system" now written in the right side Disable Task Manager,click on it and send down to modify,and change value in "0" and then open Task manager.
"CTRL+ALT+DEL/DELETE" And close the time meter on the internet caffe..

I can understand that you want to disable the time limiter on internet cafe via the task managr.
But do you know, whatever you do, you can't access the regedit on a limited account and i don't think in internet cafe you are going to get Admin account.
Nice find but it will not work everywhere.

There are methods to gain admin access.
