Scamming is an art IMO - RedShield5 - 03-17-2018

Everywhere I go all I see is people fussing and crying about being scammed, but the funny thing is Biggrin Biggrin Biggrin your on HACKER/SCAMMER/SE/LEAK/TOOL websites!! What do you expect? Just to log on to a freaking hacker website and everyone be handing out rainbows and hearts? lmao, I literally cry every time I see someone post on a hacker forums about being scammed or lied to, it's hilarious how some people are so insane. In my opinion, you get it how you live.. If your on this forum you're most likely up to no good, ya know? we're all in the same boat whether or not we would like to admit it, and everything we do is art, sometimes metaphorically and some times literally, there’s everything from black hat hacking to white hat analysing from graphics to marketing.. I mean we are all talented in one way or another, and even if we aren't we can still take credit for being curious and trying to further our knowledge and educate ourselves on these topics.

PS: I don't mean to offend any of you by ANY means, honestly.. but If I do feel free to click the little x in the tab and find another thread to view.

Scamming, Irrespective of the person(s) Involved, Is an act of deception with the sole purpose of defrauding the Individual In question.

It's Immoral/unethical and those who find It hilarious, need to seriously question their Integrity.

I will admit, that it can take skill, although not random Amazon bullshit. However, you should realize that it's completely immoral.
You should note that this isn't a "HACKER/SCAMMER/SE/LEAK/TOOL" website, this is simply a general technology forum, with some users involved in hacking, programming, anime, and SEing (bleh).

I agree with what @mothered has said.

We tend to do an alright job at enforcing the rules, but OP isn't wrong that scams will (inevitably) happen. Best we can do is inform the members of safer ways to conduct business.

My personal views are similar. Though, from the perspective of "art", I feel this is looked at in a similar light to someone sniping other human beings at ridiculous distances. It can be considered art, talent and skill, with the right frame of mind. Keeping in mind, art is not the equivalent to morals xD But yes, the sheer merriness of the OP at people being scammed is concerning O_O Though, I get his point. Go to dangerous places, and something bad might happen.

I appreciate Ender's classification and clarification. I suspect the OP was talking quite generally about forums, but yes, Ender is totally right.

Thank's for responding, also I'm not trying to put my business out there or anything but since we are having a bit of a conversation together I would like to respectfully say I disagree. I agree completely with you saying it is an act of deception with the sole purpose of defrauding, BUT.. when it comes down to it, all hackers are doing illegal shiz, and there doing it because they like breaking the law. This is my opinion which I strongly hold to and will never change my mind.. Anyone who hacks, (idc if you're a white hat) loves breaking the law, so they SAY there doing something good in order to sugar coat it. Whether we would like to accept it or not, we are criminals and we just don't like following rules, so we manipulate the system in any way we can. IMO scamming is no different than hacking, Hacking is the manipulation and deception of a system OR person.. same boat.

I'd say It's safe to assume you've yet to come across ethical hackers and (Interchangeably) penetration testing, whereby all work Is conducted In a controlled environment with permission (legally-binding or otherwise) to test the security of the network/system and organization Is question.

Over 90% of what you read online defines hacking with malicious Intent. Even one of the most reliable entities being Merriam-Webster can't get It right.
Quote:a person who illegally gains access to and sometimes tampers with information in a computer system

Same boat, different passengers. Read the above.

Hacking Is broad term for good reason- there are many sides to both It's purpose and objective. Scamming (as stated In my previous post), has one Intention. I appreciate your feedback on this.
Thank you.
