The answer is 1. Most people will probably mess up on order of operations.

Edit: It depends on how the division is done, many people say it can be 9 too. When I solved it in my head I viewed it as a fraction.

What? M and D are interchangeable so you just do it in the order of the math problem?

M and D are the same when they are both there, then you do the problem from left to right like you would read a book.
