[Suggestion] Increase sig image file size limit - Blink - 01-23-2018

Since gifs are commonly used in signatures, 500kb is a hard limit to work with.
Even when cropped a bit, and with frames removed, it's often still hard to get gifs into that size.

I was about to ask why would you need more and then you said gifs. That makes sense. This is ultimately for Oni to decide, but personally I'd be cool with that.

Definitely for this. I changed my sig today and playing around with the frames and quality of the gif a whole bunch was really tedious
