Honestly 15% is understandable upfront, along with F&F as you are a newer user and you can't really trust anyone on the internet. I know I would want some payment upfront before I put in the work for someone else. Judging by their past threads, it appears they ask for more help with SEing than actually SEing though. I'd go the MM route, if they don't know what it is than just explain it to them. If they can't work with you, there are plenty of other members here that would be willing to help.
