Anime recommendations - FunkyG - 12-17-2017 Hi all you Anime lovers! I'm new to anime so yeah What anime should I start by watching? The only anime I watched was Naruto and Pokémon ![]() RE: Anime recommendations - Blink - 12-18-2017 I started with Toradora, and did not regret it. We have a recommendations thread, you can look through that. Another good starter would be Noragami, it was also really good. What (general film) genres are you into? It's easier to make recommendations if we know the genre. Into dark stuff? Romance? Action? I'm into weird dark shit, action and basically everything ![]() RE: Anime recommendations - Blink - 12-18-2017 (12-18-2017, 08:04 AM)FunkyG Wrote:(12-18-2017, 07:59 AM)Ender Wrote: I started with Toradora, and did not regret it. Mirai Nikki, Deadman Wonderland, Another, and Guilty Crown fall into that. I wouldn't recommend the first 3 as starters. A good option might be Higashi-no Eden. Noragami is also still a good one though. I'll start watching some of then today ![]() RE: Anime recommendations - Blink - 12-18-2017 (12-18-2017, 08:35 AM)FunkyG Wrote:(12-18-2017, 08:27 AM)Ender Wrote:(12-18-2017, 08:04 AM)FunkyG Wrote: Hi thank you for the recommendations! Oh yeah... Tip: Don't watch too many things at the same time. Keep it at a max of 3. Naruto, Pokemon and DBZ are exceptions to this. Also, subbed is better than dubbed, even if it takes a while to get used to. I usually just watch one thing at a time ![]() RE: Anime recommendations - Blink - 12-18-2017 (12-18-2017, 08:58 AM)FunkyG Wrote:(12-18-2017, 08:57 AM)Ender Wrote:(12-18-2017, 08:35 AM)FunkyG Wrote: Thank you so much! That's ideal. Having a really long thing like Naruto on the side is fine, since you won't have as much concentrated plot shoved in your face at once. Already watched Naruto though ![]() RE: Anime recommendations - Shinoa - 12-18-2017 It really depends on what you like. Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood , Attack on Titan, and/or Code Geass if you like action, Death Note and/or Mirai Nikki (Future Diary) if you like darker stuff, Steins;Gate if ur more into psychological stuff (Death Note works for this as well), Angel Beats for Drama and Toradora for Romance, K-On for cutesy stuff, Magi for fantasy, Working!! series for comedy, and Boku no Pico if you want the best show of all time. If you want Naruto type feel, Magi and Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood are your best bets. Spoiler: |
