Opinions on Monero - FunkyG - 12-14-2017 Hello fellow humans! ![]() What is your opinions on the cryptocurrency called Monero? I've heard it should be the coin where anonymity is priority one! Is that true or? What do you guys think
RE: Opinions on Monero - Nyx - 12-14-2017 The whole purpose of the coin Monero is privacy and anonymity. I personally think it'll be a great long term coin to put into. It needs to get some wide spread adoption to become more useful and increase in value. I think the end game use of Monero will probably be illegal deals and private trades, and I doubt it will have any use by companies in the future unless it brings some more unique traits to the crypto-table but I think when crypto becomes a less niche topic it will become one of the top coins for private dealings which will inherently increase the value of it. Thanks for the detailed response! That was what I thought as well. But I wasn't quite sure if I was right! Have a great day buddy
RE: Opinions on Monero - Blink - 12-15-2017 It seems neat, and fixes a lot of the problems with Bitcoin. The transaction size is very large though, so there's one issue. I don't really like their hybrid proof of work system, as it still has all the problems of proof of work, and doesn't help much. |
