Sorry if i post this in wrong section, i really couldn't find anywhere else to post this.
Does anyone have free VCC to verify my PayPal account? I need it because i can't buy anything more from Ebay as now it requires me to add credit card (didn't need this before).

You can use Payoneer for that. If payoneer you don't want to use. You may try Entropay.com for VCC. Make sure to load funds before linking to Paypal.
