Hi Guys, Again I'm writing to you, maybe there are people here who are doing this, tell me where you take the Ip ranges for scanning Virtual Dedicated Server ?

I think you can use masscan, it should be able to scan "the entire internet" within a few minutes/seconds. You could check that out and scan every IP range.
