Some tools (such as Brutus), have the option of a separate username & password list.

In this case you need to combine username and password list, not to separate them.
You can use those usernames for anything you want, I would personally use them for ewhoring Kik traffic.

Brutus does have provision for a username file and a password (wordlist) file.
It can also attack directly against "usernames" alone. For example, you can load a username list (as with the OP's here) and use a single (commonly-used) password against all usernames. The probability of one user utilizing a commonly-used password (against thousands of usernames), Is more likely than not.
