Quote:Thousands of country music fans became sitting ducks in the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history.
More than 50 people were killed Sunday night when a gunman fired hundreds of bullets into the Las Vegas Strip crowd, police said.
About 400 others were rushed to hospitals after the mass shooting and ensuing stampede at a Jason Aldean concert.

The gunman, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, unleashed a hailstorm of bullets from the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said.

My goodness, I've just watched 3 videos from the link and the gunman just kept shooting.

It's amazing how, during the hail of bullets, the entire crowd lay down In a somewhat calm manner. I think killing the gunman was the easy way out for him. He should've been caught and held captive In a cell with big bubba.

Really sad news. It's a big shame these incidents are becoming more common. I'm curious if the shooter had paperwork for the automatics used, as this has never happened before. Sad

I heard that ISIS has taken responsibility for this attack. At this point, I really think that ISIS is gonna take responsibility for anything bad like this that happens in the U.S. just so they can say "Oh yeah, we were able to attack America.". At the time I am replying there are currently 58 dead. So sad.

Then there were people standing up, like this drunk guy flipping the shooter off...

Apparently the shooter's father was a convicted bank robber, who'd also escaped from prison:

I wish unfortunate events such as these didnt happened this often, or even at all. I just wish world peace would become a reality.

This is really depressing. I can't believe somebody would do something so cruel. I really hope all this shit stops soon, I'm really sick of all these attacks and murders. I wish the best to everybody affected by this awful attack.
